I have 2 rental properties which had been occupied continuously for some years, but then became empty within a few months of each other. As the work progressed, he continually updated me, sending me photos and walk through videos. He liaised with my rental agents, his own workforce and other contractors needed, to complete the entire job. He organised, oversaw or personally carried out literally everything that needed doing, to bring the properties up to a good standard, more quickly and at a lower cost than if I had dealt with contractors separately myself. Both properties found tenants almost immediately.
