Garden Clearance & Line Marking
We recently attended a property in Northampton on behalf of a Landlord to carry out a garden clearance & tidy to the front of the property, the garden was adjacent to a main street and car park for his row of 5 houses. It was a new development, but passers by had thrown cans and rubbish into the flower beds which had been allowed to get overgrown. We therefore needed to clear the area to get it back to its original condition.
We set about by removing any cans, bottles, litter and rubbish that had been discarded by passers by. Brambles and bushes were then cut back and any trees pruned with weeds dug up and soiled turned over. Once the front was completed we set about our second task which was to mark out the car park for residents.
The car park was thoroughly swept and was then measured and marked out using stencils, once the area was prepared we used a white line marker to spray paint the lines. The line marker was quick drying so we could go over it again if needs be and knew it would be dry before the residents parked their cars. Once the lines were marked out we used stencils to mark out the allocated flat numbers to the individual bays, once sprayed it was a case of removing the stencils tidying and clearing away. We then took some photographs so we could show the landlord the work that was carried out on his behalf.
