Decorating & Maintenance Services
A local client contacted us initially as he wanted his gutters, roof and driveway cleaning due to blockages and moss, however as we began to carry out the work he was so pleased with the results the list of work began to grow and he took advantage of our full range of decorating & maintenance services.
Gutter, Driveway & Roof Cleaning
The gutters were heavily blocked due to the fact they were hard to access due to the close proximity of neighbouring properties and their outbuildings. We were able to access some of the gutters from ground level using the Skyvac but needed a tower in combination with the Skyvac to access the majority of the gutters and roof to remove the moss.
The driveway was then swept and prepared for jet washing, removing any weeds and moss. A patio cleaner was then agitated into the driveway, left to dwell and then jet washed.
Decorating – Simply out of this World!
We had to deep clean prior to any decorating work due to smoke using a smoke and odour neutraliser and then rinsed off all the walls and ceilings. We then used a Zinseer one coat to prime and stain block the walls to ensure any remaining nicotine stains wouldn’t penetrate the paint, we then used a Dulux Diamond White for the ceilings and cream for the walls to the lounge, kitchen hall, stairs and landing. The client was so pleased with the work he decided to throw down a challenge, his grandson is a space fanatic, therefore, he wanted to do something special to surprise him for Christmas. We were asked to change the downstairs WC into a mini planetarium!
Carpet Cleaning
Once all the decorating was completed we then cleaned all the carpets throughout, we used a high-performance pre-spray, agitated then rinsed through using a smoke and odour neutraliser plus a fabric refresh treatment. This not only got the carpets looking like new but gave a nice fresh fragrance throughout.
